Dr. Diane E. Scott, LCSW, MSW is a compassionate and skilled therapist with over 25 years of experience in providing therapy services to military and first responders. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals from all walks of life in their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. Dr. Scott establishes a strong therapeutic alliance with their clients by focusing on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment. She believes that open communication, trust, and collaboration are essential elements of the therapeutic process.

Dr. Scott draws from diverse therapeutic modalities, tailoring her approach to meet each client's unique needs. She is skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive-processing therapy (CPT), internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy. By utilizing these approaches, she helps individuals gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive life changes. 

Areas of expertise for Dr. Scott include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. Continuously dedicated to professional development, Dr. Scott actively seeks out new research, attends workshops, and engages in ongoing training to expand her knowledge and refine her skills. She earned her Doctor of Behavioral Health from Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
